In principle, legal fees are governed by the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG). The resulting costs are determined by the value of the matter or dispute. In many cases, in addition to this base fee, we work with an hourly rate fee that depends on the complexity of the case and the qualifications of the lawyers involved.

Alternatively, we offer flat fees, for example for standardized services such as company formations, contract reviews, or residence permit procedures. For longer-term mandates or recurring advisory needs, we develop tailored fee arrangements that meet the individual requirements of your business.

If you have legal expenses insurance, we will be pleased to verify whether the matter in question is covered. The scope of insured services varies depending on the contract, particularly with regard to the area of law concerned and the type of service requested (e.g., initial consultation). In case of doubt, we recommend contacting your insurance provider beforehand. We are also happy to submit the coverage inquiry on your behalf. For this purpose, please bring your insurance policy to the appointment. We will clarify the fee arrangement together with you and, if necessary, coordinate directly with your legal expenses insurance provider, including regarding possible discretionary decisions.
