Dr. Rolf Landskron holds a doctorate in law and has been admitted to the bar since 2007 – initially in North Rhine-Westphalia, and since 2009 with his law firm based in Munich. He earned his Dr. jur. title in 2005, complemented by the internationally recognized Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the renowned Bond University in Australia. Prior to this, he was awarded the degree of Certified Public Administrator (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH)).

After initial professional positions in public law and criminal law, his focus shifted early to civil and commercial law. He possesses many years of experience in commercial law, corporate law, and in providing comprehensive legal support to companies – including at the interfaces with public law.

Dr. Landskron’s particular focus lies in real estate and inheritance law, especially in the structured guidance of complex asset successions involving real estate. In close cooperation with tax advisors, he develops tailor-made and tax-optimized solutions for entrepreneurs and private individuals.

Within Dubai Business Consulting, Dr. Landskron serves as the responsible contact person for financing advisory services. He works closely with the tax and legal advisory departments to develop integrated and interdisciplinary strategies for complex corporate and asset structures. His profound knowledge of banking and capital markets law is specifically incorporated into international financing models – for example, in capital raising, investor solutions, business succession, or restructuring.
