Attorney-at-law Sascha Jung first completed training as a reserve officer and solo combatant in the German Armed Forces after finishing secondary school. He then completed banking training, which to this day gives him a deep understanding of economic and financial interrelationships—an advantage he applies purposefully in his legal advisory work.

He studied law in Munich and has been practising as an attorney-at-law for over 20 years, specialising in corporate law, inheritance law, and complex matters of asset and business succession. He advises family businesses, shareholders and high-net-worth private individuals on structuring companies, shareholdings and succession solutions. A particular focus is foundation law, especially the establishment and legally compliant structuring of national and international foundation models for long-term asset preservation.

In addition, Sascha Jung has extensive experience in real estate and construction law, particularly in connection with inheritance-related or entrepreneurial investments. His combination of legal, military and business training shapes his structured, strategic way of working.

Even during his studies, he gained extensive international experience, especially in South America—particularly Chile—as well as in the United Arab Emirates, where he continues to be regularly involved in advisory projects today. His close ties to the Spanish-speaking world and his Spanish language skills enable effective client support in cross-border constellations, particularly between Germany, Spain and Latin America.
