Mr. Smolenkov has been practicing as a tax consultant for over eight years and possesses profound expertise in international tax law \u2013 with a particular focus on Spain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. His professional areas of specialization include exit taxation, international tax optimization, and inheritance tax law. <\/p>

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2015, Mr. Smolenkov completed a Master’s degree in Taxation and Accounting at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the Technical University of Ingolstadt, which he successfully finished in 2017. Subsequently, he gained practical experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he worked primarily in the insurance sector for major clients. <\/p>

Since his appointment as a tax consultant in February 2021, Mr. Smolenkov has managed sophisticated mandates involving complex international tax issues. He advises high-net-worth individuals and companies on cross-border matters and develops legally secure, tax-efficient structures in an international environment. <\/p>

Since December 2023, Mr. Smolenkov has been strengthening the team at Dubai Business Consulting. There, he serves as a central point of contact in the fields of tax law and criminal tax law. With his country-specific experience \u2013 particularly in the United Arab Emirates \u2013 he is a key pillar for the support of clients with international asset and corporate structures. In addition to German, Mr. Smolenkov speaks fluent Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian, making him ideally positioned to advise a multilingual, globally active clientele. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
