Attorney-at-law Felix Dimpfl brings more than 20 years of international experience advising companies and executives. At Emirates Consulting, he specialises in individual and collective employment law, complemented by extensive expertise in tax law and his work as a mediator. <\/p>\n

In individual employment law, he supports employers in drafting contracts in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, assists with termination and severance procedures, and advises expatriates on issues relating to leave entitlements, working hours and end-of-service gratuity.<\/p>\n

In the field of collective employment law, he develops structures for international groups that comply with local requirements while also meeting the demands of global corporate networks.
